Well ladies I had a miscalculation and thanks to my husband I feel better about my workout. From Lastweek to this week I have lost 4 pounds. This is the first time I have weighed myself in intervals since we started to workout, so to say the least I am hoping that I had been losing weight before that, but I fear how much I was weighing. Anyway 4 pounds down 11 to go, and I will be measuring myself today afterI go to the gym to see if I lost anything there. I hope all of you had a great weekend and hopefully were able to get some exercise in too.

that is great news. Good job! I too have lost some weight in the last week. Doesn't just feel great?!!! Keep it up and you can do it.

Congrats Naomi! That is wonderful. I hope that I will be able to write a post soon saying I lost some weight. Thank you for being an inspiration.

Thank you ladies. I am glad to hear that you have lost some weight as well Lori. Don't worry Renee it will happen in time. I know I am probably going to be sad when I weigh myself Saturday since I am expecting to lose another 4 pounds, but I will be happy with any weightloss. Keep up the work ladies and soon we will all be talking about remember when we were trying to lose weight. I can't wait to be able to say that
