| Hello, My name is Elizabeth and I just moved to Hickory from NJ and I don't know anyone or where to find a play group so I was hoping someone could help me out and tell me a little bit about what a SAHM can do with a two year old around here besides the valley hills mall. I would love to going a play group or meet moms to hang out with it gets lonely hear not knowing your way around or anyone. Thanks for your time. |

| hi, you can sign up to mommy and me classes around your area like kindermusik, musictogether, gymboree, etc. those are great places for you and your son to meet other parents and kids |

| Little Gym is a great one to get involved with. There is one off of 127 in Hickory |

| I went to the little gym, and i didn;t like it that much. Gymboree has more colorful and different structures that the kids can use for they development. (e.g slides, different tunnels of different shapes, toys etc) The little gym is more fore older kids, I thinks 3 and up enjoy them more since they can jump and use the bars. i'll go back there when my daughter turns 3. |

| Has you sing up to meetup.com you can meet other kids and moms in you area. There is a la Leche group of moms I will be meet one of this nights at the Barnes and Nobles (next to IHOP) , I'll see how it goes. |

| What sort of fees, memberships, and costs are involved with the places like Little Gym, Gymboree, etc. ? Do you stay and interact with your child, or are there instructors? |
