Hello everyone. Just a quick question. I am currently pregnant with my second child, my son was born 2 months early. My doctor wants me to get progesterone shots (i think that's spelled wrong) to help reduce preterm labor with this pregnancy. I was wondering if anyone has had the shots or refused them. I've done a lot of research on this and I can't seem to decide one way or the other what I should do. Any suggestions/insights would be helpful!!

Was there a reason your son was born early? My daughter was 7 weeks early, but I did not take any shots. My 2nd daughter was born 1 week early and my 3rd daughter was born on her due date. If there is not a reason your son was early I would not take the shots.
