Has anyone saw this show yet?? It is on Sundays on TLC. It works... This guy really helps people find a new way of thinking.. Its no diet, you wat when you are hungry and when you stomach feels full then you stop... Check it out... Ive been doing great with it.. I use that and I follow weight watchers.. I find myself leaving 1/2 of my food on my plate. Its wierd cause I was a major over eater and a stress eater and that is gone.. He also gives you tips for dealing with stress eating... |

I saw it but it seemed too good to be true. How long have you been doing it. I too do Weight watchers and find it the easiest to follow. |

Hello There!!
Its easy and you get used to it. Its just retraining your body not to over eat. Now I still follow my points, but I just stop eating when Im full... I recommend it.. |

I just caught that show last night and I have to say that I mocked it. I wasn't sure about all this tapping on my pressure points, because I wasn't thinking about eating at the time. I am going to have to check it out when I am hungry and craving something I don't need. |

Yeah I wondered about that... Gosh could you imagine seeing someone at a restaurant looking at the desert menu then tapping on their face and chest and counting to five then singing a tune then tapping again.. I would be alittle scared.. That was the last episode... |
