Hello

My name is nicole and I am new here.
My son Tyler is 20 months old. He starts to use the potty and he is a real talker.
We stated the terrible twos a few weeks ago.

Welcome to the group Nicole. My daughter Sarah just turned 2 in Jan. She will pee in the potty but never tells us, but on occasion. We put panties on her 2 days ago, and that seems to help more, any advice is appreciated.

Tyler is crazy for the big boy potty..
We did not buy a small potty, but a toddler seat for the toillet..
He loves it. He tells us "Stinky" and pulls his pants and diaper down.
Sometimes he just sits there, but most of the time he has a little success. After that he loves to flush and wash his hands.
I can not really give any advice, my Tyler just like the ig boy potty.

I did buy a seperate potty for him but my mom just has the seat that sits on the toliet and he loves that so maybe I would have more sucess if I just got a seat.

Welcome Nicole

My son is a few days short of 19 months and also a chatter box.

He likes to "play" on the potty now but he has not been very successful at using it yet.

Tyler started early to tell us stinky when he soiled his diaper.
It was always after the fact, but he let us know that he did not like the feeling of a dirty diaper.
He still uses the diaper. But 3-4 times a day he will use the potty. Sometimes he will just play, but most of the time he has some success useing the potty.
