Enfamil AR Lipil Anyone?

My son just switched to Lipil AR - not for spitting up, but actually for gas. I heard that some rice cereal in formula might help with the grunting caused by gas pains. So, I asked the doc about trying Lipil AR - she said to try it. I wondered if since it was thicker, he would take less at each feeding or go longer between feedings and what your experience was with it. They said he may go a little longer between feedings. I also talked to someone else who said it worked great (they took it for excessive spit up) for a few weeks but then it went back to how it was before they took it. Anyone?
