Did yall read that article about the woman who was working for Walmart and had an accident w a truck that left her totally messed up to where shell never be a whole person again?Walmart had insurance on her and had to pay for her medical and now is taking her money away from her, that her hubby got for a law suit against the trucking company. Her hubby barely has enough money now to make ends meet now and Walmart took all the money that he needed to keep up the special care for his wife.It was a claus they said.Talk about cheap fks. They grossed 90 mil and they needed her suing money as well???I ve heard low in my life but that takes the cake there!!! |

How do you suppose they posted such a profit? This is an agregious case, but think about the daily horrors WalMart imposes on their women workers. It's pretty degrading. Most work part-time (so as not to recieve benefits) and are not promoted to higher positions within the company. It's a pretty sad place to work. Something to think about before we enjoy those 'lower prices everyday" that has to come from somewhere! |
