Hello there, I know this is a group for working Moms but I feel that being a Stay-at-home-Mom-of-Twin boys is equal to 2 full time jobs.
Does that count???

Of course it counts.
Hi Jeanne, I have been trying to start a group for awhile. It's hard as most people, including myself, have such tight schedules. I started going on a site called meetup.com (Philadelphia Families) and have already attended a barnes and noble reading. I finally found a library that will allow me to post a flyer. Trying to get mothers together maybe once every two weeks or so.
I will keep you posted if something comes up, but before that, I recommend you check out meetup.com
Where are you in Philly? |

I am in South Philadelphia. With the boys and no car I can only travel in short distances. I have to depend on SEPTA.

Hi Jeanne, I am also from South Philly. Where abouts are you? I also don't drive and walk or use Septa. I am meeting with another mother on Monday to walk with the babies. Maybe you can join us sometime. I know your boys are older(and beautiful, by the way) but my son loves to meet other kids. Take care, Megan |

I live near 23rd and Wolf. Where are you located and where do you and the other Mommy meet? Walking the babies sounds wonderful.
Take care, Jeanne |

Hi Jeanne, I live pretty close to you. I live on Rosewood between Wolf and Jackson one block west of broad street. Very close to you.
I am meeting the other mom this monday for the first time. We spoke on the phone once or twice and have been trying to get together to walk. You are more than welcome to join us. I don't quite know how mothers with twins do it. I am in love with my son Cassius but, at 36, it is quite exhausting physically. I am amazed by mothers of twins.
Look forward to hearing from you, Megan |

Hi Megan, Monday sounds nice. What time and where will you meet and where will you walk to? May I can join you if nothing else comes up. |
