Well, for me, for a 1st baby at 36 it was an AMAZING experience!!! I loved being pregnant and had a very uneventful/easy birth. I guess my best advice is to eat very well and get as much exercise as well as rest as possible. How old is your 1st baby/child. We also did Bradley Natural Child Birth classes which was a huge roll, I believe, in such a happy healthy birth. We will be looking forward to #2 hopefully sometime summer of 2009. If your 1st birth went well and you are healthy I don't believe that you should have anything to worry about. Of course things could come up but if you take care of yourself this will decrease the likelyhood of that happening. Does this help? Carrie
