Hello:Pleae be mindful of WHO you let view your on line pictures. We had a scarry situation happen earlier this month with our on line Flickr account and pictures of my 3 year old son playing dress up in a princess dress. A link to my son's picture was put on a cross dresser website, along with hundreds of other kids, while these (alleged) pedophiles made disgusting comments about them! I contacted flickr and yahoo, and they put the blame on me and justified these perverted fetishes by saying I should have protected my photos!(which is why there are no more photos of my son!) They took no further action on the matter! Thank goodness a mother who had the same situation happen now goes on the site each week and notifies the people that they weirdos are doing it. They may be sick, but not stupid; they don't steal the picture, they send the link to YOUR picture. They are very careful about the wording that they use to "compliment" the boys also. Never anything to get them in trouble, usually just things like: "cutie" or "heartbreaker" or "sweet and innocent." -otherwise harmless phrases, except for the fact that they are using the pictures for gratification of a sick perversion! I don't mean to freak everyone out but , but the more people I can educate, the better!

| Very scary!! Was it a private account? I have flickr too and in the beginning decided to only put certain pics as public for fear of this happening! Thank you for bringing this topic for all of us!!!! It is very scary out there in this technological day nothing is sacred. |

| What is this world coming to when you cann't even share pictures of your kids with family and friends with out worring who is getting them. I have never heard of flickr but I am on yahoo and other things. looks like i'm going to be taking the pictures of my son off to. |

| Some girl posted it.I honestly dont know where she got that.I think it was in her personal files.Thats how it happened to her.She pm-ed me.I think that she had posted some photos and a friend of hers saw it on a different site and sent her a link. |

| I also got a pm to go to Mcgruff the crime-dog site to see how many pediphiles lived in our area.It was very scary.We have 6 in our 2 connecting roads.1 of which is 3 doors down.Believe me the first thing going up is a private fence.They are not allowed to go out alone either. |

Lexi, where about on that site did you find the info on the pedophiles in your area? I've been looking around it and can't see it.
