Hi!
We are moving to Boston from San Francisco in Mid May and looking to find the best way to find a Nanny in the Boston area. Out here - we have Golden Gate Mother's Group - which is about 3,000 Moms in SF who talk with eachother through a Yahoo Group set up. Is there anything like this in Boston? Or do you have any recommendations for going about hiring a Nanny? I'd prefer to go by word of mouth than an agency.

My name is LYdia Chevere and I am looking for work. I am a nanny/babysitter and have experience with children of all ages. I just finished a position with an infant and toddler. Before that I was in a daycare facility forr 3.5 years. I worked with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. I also have over 15 years of babysitting experience. I am a 33 year old married woman with no children. I am personable, caring, loving, honest, affectionate, dependable, and spiritual.
