So Sorry!

Hey guys, Sorry I am not going to be on here for the next couple of days to check in and exercise with you all. I am REALLY sore from my surgery and I am loaded up on pain medicine. The doctor actually told me I could not exercise for 4 weeks. But I will see how I feel. But even if I cant exercise, I will come back next week and still check in with you guys. Geez, I hope this makes sense and that I am spelling everything ok....I am SO darn loopy! Talk to you soon!
