Hello, we are a consolidated family. I brought to the household my teenage daughter, her 2 year old son, and my 9 year old daughter. I relocated from Ohio to Chicago about two years ago. My husband a native of Chicago brought to the family his teenage son. Although we've been together for quite some time, we still face daily challenges and obstacles. Homework, drive-time, potty training, chores and finding time for one-on-one are just some of the issues to name a few. Hope to share our experiences and maybe find new insights or helpful hints on how others manage their families needs.
