HI, Im Kendra a SAHM of three. We currently live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and move somewhere near the Overland Park area. My husband's family is all in KC and we want to be close to them. Tony will be joining his fathers company as soon as he graduates from UCCS in May.
I don't know the area very well and am having to find things quickly. We need a house big enough for 4 kids, 2 parents and 2 dogs...plus a ton of family. I want to be in an area we can grow and be comfortable in for years. My oldest is 5 and will be starting school this fall. I have no idea about the school districts, other than their names. I also love being outside and active. When we vist KC it is always in Jan so there isn't a whole lot of exploring to do. I am looking forward to learning the area and meeting new people. ~Kendra |

Hi Kendra!
This is a pretty quiet group, but I am part of another group Cass County Mothers & More, also. We are just getting started and would love for you to join us! We get together for playgroups, outings, and mom's only activities, too. We are a small group, but growing. We live all around Cass County. I live in the northern part of Cass County (Raymore) and have for several years. The school district is good and there isn't really a "bad part of town" in Raymore! We (my family) like it here! It's close enough to the city, but has kind-of a small town feeling to it.
