I am a mom of three girls and don't have a lot of time to my self. I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the day to day. Just wondering if any one had any realistic ideas how to get my self back on track. My husband works a lot both days and nights. that in its self is a challenge. I do get support when he can but need some new ideas.
i am in the same boat. i have found that when my husband can, having him take the kids out for a day helps.
also, connecting with other moms in person. this can make all the difference in the world in that you can begin not only to feel so alone but barter with eachother on things, ie: babysitting sharing, going to one's house to babysit while the other goes on a "date" and then reversing it, carpools if you need a day to yourself without driving and so on.
