lmagine with me,if you will,that you are standing at the bus stop waiting for your child to return from school.The bus arrives as usual and begins to unload.All the children steam off the bus and run to the arms of their waiting parents.ALL EXCEPT FOR YOUR CHILD. You rush onto the bus.....Its empty Noticing your dismay,the bus driver says he doesnt remember whether or not your child got onto the bus.WHAT WOULD YOU DO?Do you know if you teach your children The Seven Rules For Safety and reinforce the learning by periodic riview the chances of your child being missing will be greatly reduced.I ask you this How many parents are prepared to cope with the disappearance of a child?, Should it ever Happen to your child.I been a victim so l know how it feels.Ignorance wont save our kids but education will.to learn more bout child safety and how to educate and empower your child visit childshieldusa.com/ IE they have really given me valuable informaton l share with my kids and l know my children are more safer than before. This is really eerie because this happened to me just today. At first all I could do was stand there staring at the bus driver as she told me that he never even got on the bus. I ran home as fast as I could with my 2 yr old daughter in an umbrella stroller and my poor 3 yr old daughter trying as best she could to keep up. My heart sank to the pit of my stomach. There were so many things running through my mind. I was nervous and scared. I imediately called the school and told them my son did not get off the bus. They asked my son's name. I told them and th woman said "He's right here in front of my face." The Dean of the elementary school my son goes to had brought him to the office stating he was to be a car rider today. For reasons yet unknown. With having only one vehicle which my boyfriend drives to work there was no way for me to go pick him up. I tried my neighbor, she wasn't home so i got in contact with a woman who lives down the street from me who has 2 boys that attend the same schol. She was able to drive me to the school to pick him up. I was so relieved to find out that he was still at the school. I was also so angry with the Dean of the school and will be having some extremely serious words with her tomorrow. I have to wait until tomorrow because, and get this, she was gone before I even got home from the busstop! Ayway my son is home I am relieved.
