This is the day that I weigh in and I thought that I would post here how much I have lost every week.
2/27 -2 lbs 3/5 -3 lbs
So far that is 5 lbs. I am a little behind on my goal but that is ok, it is just going to take a week longer to get there. |

You still lost weight though! You are doing great! Once your back feels better, you can get back on track. Are you taking those supplements? |
