Also, I think on my Fridays (which are my free days) I would like to do some Pilatese or Yoga. Can you get me a copy of whichever video you think would work best for me? Thanks!

Yes, I can get you a copy of a good Yoga and a good Pilates. They are pretty different.
Let me know if you want to do cardio more times. You can always incorporate a quick 20 min cardio before your sculpting....it is really good for weight loss.
I haven't done Sculpting yet, but I do think I am going to try to do cardio at least 5 times a week. Maybe take a break on Sunday and Friday, but we'll see what happens. If I hadn't been so incredibly busy getting my sisters wedding invitations done today, I would have done a set of cardio.
