| Hi my name is Kate, and I moved to Jackson from the Detroit area about 4 years ago. You would probably think that that is plenty of time to make friends and really get myself acquainted with the area, but no. Not really. I know certain roads and certain stores and restaurants, and that is it. I worked at the Westwood mall for a year but never quite clicked with the girls I was working with. Now I am not working, and my only friends are my sister-in-law, and my personal trainer. Sad really. I need to make friends with some stay at home moms with little ones just like me. Anybody interested? |

Hi, kate
I am Shanna and also somewhat new to Jackson. I moved here from Battle Creek about 6 years ago. I went to JCC for nursing, made many friends, but they now work and I take care of our little ones, so now I feel like I have ......ME! |
