hi everyone

I'm Samantha and new to the site. Thought I would see how all other single mammas are doing out there and if you have any pointers or advice!

Hi Samantha, I'm not a single mom, I was many years ago though.. Raised 3 kids for many years.. I have a daughter who became a single mom last year, and I am his full time Granny Nanny! I didn't have the same issues that it seems many of the single moms/dads have in this group.. My ex and I worked together to raise our kids, believe it or not.. I guess my biggest motivator was that I never wanted to see my kids on a talk show blaming our divorce for the way their lives turned out? Sounds silly to some, but I meant it!! I see a big difference now a days with (sorry guys) most daddys who decide that they no longer want a part in the lives of there kids the mommys? We had two seperate households, wrote our own custody agreement, and so far they have grown up to be good normal adults.. Just wish that my daughters ex hubby would realize what he is missing with his son.. Oh well, this guy has ton's of love from her family and friends..
