Anyone in the San Antonio Area?

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my post. I live in the north central area of San Antonio and I am looking for friends to do the playdate thing but my daughter is 8 and we don't have her mommy in our lifes physically only spiritually. I am looking for parents that have good values and that are not heavy drinkers or smokers. We love the park,zoo. movies and anything that is good clean wholesome fun. If you are from out of town and you are reading this and ever plan on visiting SA. Please drop me a note I know and love this City. I know it quite well because you see I am a cab driver and I have been doing it for just over 3 years and I love the flexabilty of it. I work when I want and as long as I want. I am intersted in parents that are looking for fun activities and sharing ideas and thoughts regarding the upbringing good children in this world where they are constanly bombarded by sex on TV, school peer pressure etc.. My daughter and I attend the South texas Childrens bereavment Center every other thursday and they have been a Godsend in helping both of us deal with grief. I hope and pray that you or your children never need grief counseling but as least know that there is help for them if the need should ever occur. Well I hope I didn't bore you and I look forward to sharing thoughts and Ideas with you. May you have the bleesing of god everyday. Robert
