As some of yall know by reading all my posts that in the last few months since I have moved into a new house;I have had nothing but trouble with weird ppl coming by ringing my doorbell and running off into the trees and the weird dude at the Walmart aproaching me about my daughter like he was a long lost friend. Then you all know 2 weeks ago about the kids being approached by the supposed child molester/adductor.Sunday night my hubby volunteered to work after superbowl instead of messing up his schedule like the rest of the guys there because hes 3rd shift. After he left I heard allkinds of stuff going on down the road. They are partiers.I heard a few loud vehicles and sevearl snowmobiles.Well you know I have had a hard time sleeping the last few weeks and so I stayed up reading til I could fall asleep.I finally drifted off about 130.It started to snow pretty bad.Next morning I got up at 6:00 to get the kids up and there were foot prints for the 2nd time all around my house.I called hubby at work and told him. When I walked the kids out to the driveway(they are picking and dropping off now)my son saw truck tracks fresh and foot steps out to the street. The other foot steps lead from the garage all the way into the trees and to the street.Hubby called the police and when he got home we walked em.Some went behind the house and garage and the other we followed to the street.Funny thing about the footsteps, they were small like a size 8 or 9 shoe.I told him I just do not feel safe anymore. My friend called me and told me about some pups and I want one.I think Id feel safe knowing that the dog would bark if he/she heard something outside. We dont have any animals right now.I feel like a paranoia schitzo.I have never in my entire life had any of these probs since I moved to this house!I just do not know what to do.I would do anything to make sure my children are safe.I feel like a drama queen.I cant believe all this shite is going on w us. |

Lexi, do you have an alarm in your house or some sort of security device? The dog sounds like a great idea.

I would be freaking out too! I have a german sheperd and she is very protective. I dog would definatly make you feel safer, although I still get parinoid when my husband is out of town. Have you thought of setting up a video camera to see if you can catch who is doing this? |
