The survey is completely confidential and even I won't know who completed it. So, no one will be committing anyone! ;)
Unfortunately, there is no reimbursement at this time.

| It's a survey research project that you can complete on-line. It takes less than an hour to complete, and typically takes around 40 minutes. If you wish, I can also send you a paper-pencil survey in a postage-paid, pre-addressed envelope that you can send back. |
