Hello, I have just moved here and am SO missing my Mommy friends in MD....my 19 month old son misses his playdates and activities and with unpacking an taking care of a newborn too, I need to connect with the outside world. Are there playgroups or activites I can attend?

Hey our stories sound pretty similar! I moved here two weeks ago, and I'm getting a bit stir crazy in the house/yard with my guys! They are 20 months and six months. Where did you move from?

| Hi, Tamae. Welcome to Florida. I've been in the Broward area for 3+ years but haven't really met any moms, so I feel "new." My boys are a bit older than yours (2 1/2 and 3+), but they would love the opportunity to be social and so would I. Just before Christmas, I found out that our 3rd child is on the way. So, I'll be a new mom, again. Therefore, any opportunity to chat with adults is welcome! I can only take so much of "The Wiggles." Ha. |
