Have you made up your mind?
I registered as an independent because I thought I would always keep an open mind, but what I have seen in the last 7 years made me change my mind for at least the next 20 years to come. So I am not going to vote for primary but I am comfortable with any of the three emerging democratic candidates.

Are you still deciding on your candidate of choice?

I support Barack Obama. Hillary is a power hungry sell-out that is in the pockets of the corporations and special interests as much as her Republican counterparts. Obama on the other hand, has sent back a number of contributions from PACs rather than have to be indebted to them. I think he is the closest thing I've seen to an honest politician that I've seen in my lifetime (I don't know that he is at all dishonest, but since he IS a politician, I just have to kind of assume there is SOME dishonesty. Sad, but true.)

I have yet to make up my mind, but I am tired of the Clinton-Bush merry-go-round in the White House, it has obviously failed the country. I keep hoping some Independant canidate will come forward with ideas that have nothing to do with a Republic or a Democrat agenda. There is one candidate that gets little attention, who is registered as a republican but he talks nothing like one...Ron Paul, I have seen alot about him on campus where I go to school, he seems to have a very large, young and independant following. What we need is to change our way of thinking from, he is a politician so we would expect some lying, to he is a politician so we should tolerate no lying...politicians are human and there can ere in judgement and occasionally change their minds I have no issue with that, but willfully lying to mislead the voters is criminal and should be treated as such.

It is very difficult to make up my mind. Both candidates offer new perspectives and ideas which could change our economy and offer hopes of gaining our respect back. The US does not have a good reputation. This war is ridiculous and has gone on too long. Our soldiers need to come home, not their resting homes. As you can see, I am a Democrat. I have no use for Republicans at this time.

I would like to see Obama as President. Not because of the color of his skin, but for CHANGE. He was the first one that introduced the word Change, then HIllary and McCain got on the ban wagon. Obama is inspirational, and a great auretor. Obama offers a universal health plan, unlike Hillary's who's is mandated, and she still has yet to express her plan.

I am for universal health care. I feel that it should come from the Gas companies, instead of it relying on the homeowner.

Black Tuesday-Feb. 5th, don't forget to VOTE!!!
