Hello to all of you. It's a brand new day and the thought for the day is...Take a Deep Breath. Aside from having four children, Grace is diagnosed with PDD...an autism spectrum disorder. Days can be very difficult. Gabrielle and Garrett are back in school today after having a long weekend off. Gabrielle is in third grade and Garrett is in kindergarten. Grace has school three days a week and therapy in the afternoon here at the house two days a week, her behavior has been a bit rough this morning. So I'm reminding myself, Take a Deep Breath and for all of you out there who are forgetting to breath, do it - breath, and breath deep. Hugs, Valerie
