| Thinking About Having Another |

Hello, my name is Lauren, and my husband Adam and I have a beautiful 17 month old son named Anthony. I'm always thinking about when we'll be "ready" for another baby, and feel like I have constant baby fever, but the time isn't quite right yet. Anyway, I'm 33 now and don't plan on waiting too much longer...maybe another year or 2 at the most, but I thought this might be a great group to join on-line for feedback/discussion, etc. :)

| Hi Lauren, I feel the same exact way. I have a 21 month old daughter and I feel like I"m going to burst if I don't get pregnant again soon. But the time isn't quite right. I'm a teacher and I want to time it out just right with the school year. But then I'm afraid that it won't be so easier the second time around. It's so silly that I'm stressing about it already but I'm excited. I'm already looking at maternity clothes, I can't wait to wear them again!! Good luck with everything. I know how you're feeling :) |

Thanks Adrianne - I think we're so on the same page! Our house is for sale, I just started a new Part-time job, etc etc etc..so now doesn't seem like the perfect time for us, but I'll tell you...as soon as we sell this house, move and get settled, I'll be hoping for another little bundle! :)
I have a close friend that teachers 3rd grade, and her baby making is determined by the school year too. :)

| I understand where you are coming from, but I have always said that if you wait till the perfect time, it might never come. Thats why we just decided to go ahaed and try for another. And as you have another some things might feel easier when other things feel like this is not like before. I have two boys and 1 girl and we are hoping to have another girl to even it out, but whatever the Lord sees fit for us to have is what will be. Hope everything works out for you. |
