Mom's Morning Out

Hi, I'm Nancy and I just joined the group. I noticed a reference to a "moms morning out" on the message board and I'd love more info on that! Thanks!

Hi Nancy, The MOMS Program is based out of The First Presbyterian Church of Vero. It is located across from Royal Palm Point "in the V". It meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 and is moderated by Kimberly Morrow. You can reach her through the church office at 562-9088. I think there is some more info on the program on their website at www.firstpresvero.org. I know that the program only runs during the academic school year and there is no mandatory fee. They suggest a donation of $20 for the first child and $10 for each additional child in the fall. THERE IS NO FEE NOR WILL IT BE ASKED FOR. You are required to work 3 mornings a semester in your child's class as an assistant and have to bring a snack and juice on the day's you work to share with the entire class. My son Evan has attended since earlier this fall and LOVES it!
