My name is Trish. I'm a SAHM to my very energetic 2 yr old son. I have been looking for playgroups in the area or other mom's to make public playdates with. I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself as I am new to this group and this site!

Check this out. I started this group as a place for AP minded parents, but as long as you don't join and start bashing our ways you are welcome and we often post about playdates and what not.

Also Cafemom.com is a good site and there are 2 Erie groups there. The one with more members is the more active one and they post about playdates also.

Where abouts in Erie are you? I am actually in North East and a lot of the moms I get together with currently are on that side of town, but there are several on the west side in the yahoo group too.
