1-10 recipe
1 yellow Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3 medium to large eggs
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup orange juice
3 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
1tsp.grated orange peel

FROSTING:
1 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tblsp. fresh orange juice
1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tsp. grated orange peel, divided
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Make cake according to pkg. directions, adding juice and water to mae the 1 1/3 cup water, lemon juice and orange and lemon peels. Bake and cool according to package.

For frosting, combine coconut, sugar, juices, and 3 tsp. peel. Mix well. Let stand for 10-15 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved. Fold in cream that has already been whipped. Spread between cake layers and over the top. Sprinkle with remaining orange peel. Chill for at least one hour. Store in refrigerator.

TO FROST ENTIRE CAKE,DOUBLE AMOUNTS IN FROSTING. This is what I do, and it gets raves!
