| Does your little one take one nap or two? If he/she is taking one, how did you transition from 2 to 1? |

| He mostly takes one (only get two when we are driving somewhere long distance... he'll sleep on the way there and way home). He started with one nap awhile ago, although in the very late afternoon he sometimes seems like he could use another, but he just won't sleep no matter what we try. I would say see if you can push the naptime further and further away from wake up time... so that the one nap is VERY late morning/early afternoon. So now he usually goes to sleep between 11-12 PM and gets up between 1-2 PM (about two hours) and that's it until bedtime. |

| My son still takes mostly 2 naps if he takes 1 he is very grumpy in the evening. |

| My son is mostly taking one nap now. It sometimes starts anywhere from as early as noon to as late as 3 pm and he will sleep for one to two hours. He might wake up and if I nurse him, he stays asleep. On occasion he takes a late nap which of course pushes his bedtime to midnight! he also still wakes up 3 to 5 times a night for nursing or a pacifier, we co-sleep. |
