First time mom at almost-35

I am a first time mom (got pregnant after almost 10 years of marriage through in vitro) and had my daughter just shy of my 35th birthday. I have to say that I think I'm a much better mom than I would have been in my 20s. Kudos to women who have the patience to deal with kids when they're in their 20s but I wouldn't have had the patience and I was definitely much too selfish in my 20s. I certainly would have liked to have had my daughter around age 30 but no complaints here, as I feel very blessed to have a child at all.
