Better Topic #2
This 1 I think is a better topic; because it effects so many ppl.I just read about a woman who got pregnant and hid it from her family including her hubby that she had 3 other children with. She had the baby ,dressed him, fed him ,and left him in a suitcase to die because she thought she didnt have a choice.Baby Moses, the town called him.Now ,I do not believe that myself ;because it makes me hurt and cringe inside;but she may have really believed it.I honestly believe that if hospitals would offer a (drop your child off no questions asked policy )would it save more babies???Including drug moms?Because the policy with drug addicted babies, they jail the mom for harm to the baby.It makes me sick to watch the news and hear nearly every week a baby being abandoned and found especially in the winter. What do you think?

Hospitals, fire departments and police departments do have that policy--anyone can drop a baby off anonymously and walk away. I have no clue why people don't take advantage of that. I haven't heard about that lady, but people who are like that just make me ill. After having my own child, I couldn't imagine causing her any sort of harm. Those people need tons of prayers!

I think that is a great idea..hospitals and fire stations out here in Cali do offer that. I know at the hospitals they have a drop off box and as soon as the baby is inside it sets off some kind of alarm somewhere to someone so that the baby isnt in there long.

A drop off box???OMG!It sounds so ;I just cant put down what that sounds like in words. Discard. Cringes. Yes it was on the yahoo news.I forget what state shes in but the suitcase was found on a reservation 2 weeks later I do believe. But better then found passed away in trashbins and so on.They need to advertise it like they do cigarette adds to get to mothers that would do a thing like that.

I can't understand how someone gets to the point that they think it's their only option. I thought parents, mothers especially, had some hormonal drive to protect their babies. Or at least even a conscience to know the right choice, from the wrong choice!
My hubby and I tried for a long time to get pregnant-not a day goes by that we don't think how absolutely lucky we are to have our girl. I see people in the news that discard their babies like yesterday's trash, or do other unspeakable things to their helpless little ones and I feel so sick to my stomach.
They have no appreciation for the special gift that has been given them. I hope people who do these things live a long time with the knowledge of the horror they have caused. Death would be too merciful for them.

Yes I agree. That 1 girl in Tx that drowned her 2 in the back of that car in the river. They didnt give her the death penalty, but gave her life w/o parole cause they want her to live w it everyday. That 1 girl in dallas tho; they gave her the death penalty cause of the stabbing of the 2 lil boys. But I saw what she looked like when the police came to her house. We saw her pixs. She was beat up and cut on her neck bad. They didnt want the public to know all that. They covered it all up to make her the bad person. Now she is facing the death penalty. We all think that she was framed. Her hubby they found out was having an affair and wanted a divorce. So who knows???? I would want to die;I wouldnt care, if I got the death penalty ;I wouldnt want to live w/o my babies knowing that some 1 killed them. That 1 lady now ,that drowned all 5 of her kids;I went thru post partum depression bad...,but the difference is ,I wanted to kill myself ,not my beautiful babies.I went thru 2 yrs of counseling and it did wonders. So, ppl feeling sorry for her made me sick to my stomach!
