Hey all, I am still trying to figure out days and times for walking. I just found out that the Book Center has a fun play time on Friday's at 10am, so I want to take my daughter to that. So I was thinking what about Tues/Thurs at 10am or Mon/Wed. at 3pm? I would only want to walk for an hour, but as it gets closer to 5/19 (the date of the mom challange) I would like to walk as many steps as we can (so we win of course). Read Katrina's other posts to get further info.

| I think I like 10 am better, but might be late on Weds. Evan goes to a mothers morning out those days. 3pm is not really a great time because schools get out around that time and there are a lot of kids then... |

| So Tues/Thur at 10am or Mon/Wed? Either will work for me. Also would you be interested in joining me and my cousin at the Book Center over off of Indian River Drive on Friday of this week at 10am for fun kids stuff? If so let me know, and Iin the meantime I will see who else wants to join us for the walks starting the first week of April. |

| Let's due Mon/Weds at 10 am. That sounds fun. As for Friday, I would have to bring my 4 year old too since they are on SPring BReak. Do you think that would be a problem? Also, can you send me info on that book center deal? I'd like to post it on the calendar here. I'd need to know time and length and a brief description of what they do...THanks! |

I'd love to join you for your walks (if my son Ronan is not napping at that time). Where do you meet? I have info for you on Story Time at the Children's Book Center. It's from 10 - 10:30 Fridays. It's usually pretty crowded and is a good place to meet other moms. Miss Julie runs it -- she reads stories and has sing-alongs. She also runs Toddler Tunes at Riverside Theater, which I've heard is good -- I'll be checking that out next week, so I can let you know more about that. I used to take Ronan to Story Time a lot -- he loved it. But now that he's walking, his mission there is to steal snacks out of random diaper bags, pull toys off the shelves, and trample babies, so we don't go anymore. We need to find activities that don't require sitting still. The Book Center is also a great place for toys. Upstairs they have a little play area for toddlers. |
