I was at a party over the holiday this past week and they had Buffalo Chicken dip there. I was SOOOOOOOOOO good! I asked for the recipe but the lady that made it was not there when I was and I don't really know her to get it. Does anyone have this recipe? |

Hi! Does this sound like it? Thanks, Karinn
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded (Canned Chicken breast works well too) 4 ounces Frank's Hot Sauce (or to taste) 3/4 cup chopped celery 8 ounces cream cheese 1/2 cup ranch dressing shredded cheddar cheese tortilla chips or crackers or raw vegetables (for dipping)
1. Cream the cheese and ranch dressing. 2. Add celery. 3. Set aside. 4. In skillet, saute hot sauce and chicken together. 5. Stir chicken mixture into cream cheese mixture. 6. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate and cover with cheddar cheese. 7. Bake at 350 for 30- 35 minutes. 8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or cut up raw veggies.
In my opinion, it has to be Frank's Hot Sauce (I use it on everything, I'm originally a "Southern Girl" and I like hot sauce on just about anything. I love the flavor of this stuff!) since this is the original Buffalo Chicken Wing sauce. |
