New here..3rd boy on the way!
Hello. I'm glad to have found this group! As much as I love my boys (twin boys almost 5 yrs old) I prayed when I found out I was pregnant that it was a girl. I needed some estrogen to balance out all this testosterone! However, the ultrasound confirmed it was a boy! My boys love to wrestle around and dig in dirt and are always full of energy..they either never put the toilet seat down or pee on the seat (no matter how may times I tell them) and like to let me know when they burp and fart (luckily they say excuse me after doing so). I blame the testosterone...I did not teach them to be that way..it's just how boys (men) are! And I don't always understand..being that I'm a girl!

I know exactly how you feel! I have three boys myself! They are 8, 3 and 2 yrs. Just make sure that you take some time for yourself and do girly things too! It's important for them to see how girls act, what they like and how they should be treated. Best of luck!

Hi Elizabeth
I have two boys still in the baby stages my oldest is 18mos. My sister-n-law has three boys and she lets me know what I have to look forward to.I watched them for a week while my brother and sister-n law were visiting family in England. Yes, they peed on the seat, and who could burp the loudest was their favorite past time or" pull my finger" and then fart.
Fun Fun Fun. I feel for you. All we can do is vent about it and thankgod that thier healthy boys. Just being boys.

I have 3 boys too, 6, 4 and 2 and if you count the husband it's 4!!!! The best advice I can give you is to take the help people offer. My friend would come to my house and clean for me; my sister-in-law would come and take the older kids to the park; my husband's co-worker would come over every day at 4pm and play in the back yard with the kids so I could watch Oprayh!!! It was very uncomfortable at first, felt so guilty but it was like God knew exactly what I needed that day and some one would show up and offer to do it. The best of luck to you.l

I can COMPLETELY relate!! I just gave birth to my 3rd son on Oct 26th of this year. There is quite an age gap between my boys, too! I have an 11 and a 7 yr old as well. I was SO hoping for a girl just because I was afraid that because of the age difference, the new baby might be less likely to be the odd person out with the older 2. I realized after he was born that couldn't have been further from the truth. My older 2 boys adore their baby brother and I am just as happy to have had another boy. Little boys are so special and I'm reminded each day of how special they are when I see my lil guy. I'm the only Estrogen in this family and I know that sometimes it's really overwhelming but at other times I realize how blessed I am to have all my guys take care of me, too!!
