Hi everyone,
I am the Mom of one daughter who is 13 months old. I am also new to this website and this group. I struggle on a daily basis with what to feed my daughter, so I'm glad that I found this group.
We've had cans of boneless salmon in our cubbards for awhile that I never really knew what to do with. Today for lunch we turned it into salmon pattys. We used 1 can of salmon, 1 egg, some bread crumbs, a little bit of onion, and spices (pepper and garlic powder). Put them in the fry pan with some olive oil, and they were actually pretty good!! |

They are extremely good. I was raised up on them. |

I love salmon patties, my mom made them for us growing up as well. My stepmom just recently made a salmon pie. It is basically salmon mixed in with mashed potatoes with a pie crust over top, my son is 21 months and loves it. |
