First tooth
Just wanted to brag alittle bit...my son just got his first tooth two days ago...i am so happy...he has been teething for so long but was really cranky the past week (that explains it)...I am happy and sad at the same time...just like all the other great developments he has accomplished it just reminds me he is growing up and doing it in my opinion to fast...anyways enough about that...I am hoping the others come on soon...

This is so excititng. I was surprised at how excited I was when my son got his first tooth at 10 months. I know exactly what you mean about being both happy and sad. I am mostly happy and proud of my son for how much he is learning, and so quickly. But a little bit of me is sad because I know that he is growing up and becoming independent, and I miss him being dependent on me.

my daughter cut her fitst tooth last week and the second came tyhrough just yesterday - she is just five months. Like you, I am so proud of her but am sad too as she is getting so big so fast. When I bought her home from the hospital, everyone would say "enjoy it now as it passes so quickly" and Ijust scoffed at them, until now that is. Every minute is so precious: I cant wait to see what she does next

My son is 4 1/2 months & he drools alot & he is always chewing on his fingers. Could he be teething too?
He has a Dr. appointment tomorrow afternoon. So I guess the doc. can tell me .

natalie i heard that is a sign...i know my son was drooling like a fool...he would be crawling around and i knew where he went because of the drool droplets he left...hahaha...i am sure your doctor will be able to tell you if it is the first tooth...hopefully it is... :)
