I just have to say, why does Izzie like George? I think he's okay looking, but take a look at Alex!!! I think Alex is totally hot, and none of the girls seem to notice!!!! What's up with that? He's totally sexy!! I just don't get it. -Bethany

I thought that Alex was a more credible match with Izzy that George is. I think, Alex still care for Izzy even if he had the passion by so called Eva that I guess disappear again.

i think the reason she didnt stay with alex is because he use to flirt with all the nurses and sleep with them. i think he did that in the first season. i think izzie has gone whacko!
