hi to all! just joined
hi everybody! just joined and would like to add my confession: i let my 5 year old autistic son play video games. when his was about 2, we noticed he had a focus prob.we tried other thing to keep his attn., but this seemed to do the trick. now they said he has perfect hand-eye cordnation, but the doctors don't like the fact that video games did the trick. plus it gives me a break too. he doesn't play them night and day, so what's the big deal? should i feel guilty because i let him play a couple hours a day?

I don't think you should feel guilty. A lot of kids play video games for a couple of hours a day. My fiancés cousins’ daughter is autistic, she likes to have a radio with her at all times and sings to the music.
