STAY AT HOME MOMMY LOOKING TO SET UP PLAYDATE

I am here in PA for over a year now. We just moved from Tobyhanna to Gouldsboro. My daughter Mikayla will be one on the 30th of this month. She loves to be around other children, but we really do not know anyone in this area with kids. I am looking to set up a playdate for Mikayla, and I guess for me, to find some new friends with common interests. All of our current friends are childless and do not understand the demands of being a parent.

Hi Daun, Welcome to the group. I have been trying to get out too. My daughter is 14 months. We are planning to join the kindermusik next month, it is on Main St in stroudsburg. I also spoke with one of the moms and the roller rink in E Stroudsburg has a pre-school session, we are going to try and get there this wednesday. here are the web sites.
