| Is there such a birth control=). I have never been on birth control before until now after I had my baby. I have the Mirena at the moment. I don't know if it is ALL birth control that gives you these side effects or if it just the Mirena? I am thinking about changing birth controls because I have headaches, and mood swings. Does anyone recommend a good birth control? |

| I use the nuvaring you put it up there ( u know where) for 3 weeks take it out for a week and then you have your monthly friend come visit during the time it is out. No head aches, some cramping but nothin that serious. It make your period regular and not last as long atleast for me i used to be 7 days now like 4-5 days so try it out can't hurt. |

| I also use nuvaring and prefer it to most birthcontrols. I've noticed that my periods are only about 3-5 days, less cramps and no headaches. It's about the only birthcontrol that does not make me sick. It's also very easy to use and you don't have to remember to take a pill every day. |

Yes the Nuvaring!!!! ( up in the thing=) you know which one=)! Yes that sounds like a good option! Thanks girls good advice!! I am not good at taking the pill everyday and this is a great choice! Thanks again!!

| YES!! the nuvaring! I had the mirena and i hated it, i had horrible cramps, i was very moody, horrible headaches, everything. I've had the nuvaring for a month now and i love it, no cramps, no headaches, i'm a happy mom and wife again. I highly recommend the nuva ring |
