What do you think of Lexie ( meredith's sister)?

At the moment I don't understand how Meredith can be so cold with McDreamy. He's been nothing but good to her and she's blowing him off??!! Lexie seems to be a great, fun loving person. I would even like to see what develops with her and Mcdreamy.
