Hi everybody, about 7 months ago I suffered thru a great depression meltdown.I have a one year old daughter and a loving husband.I was diagnosed with Major depression and late post pardom depression.I dont feel as low as i did 7 mths ago but lately i have been feeling transparent.Im here and the world just goes around me.I have been on Selexa which was no good for me.Now im taking lexapro and I feel great for a few days and then i hit rock bottom all over again.Has anyone else experienced this?I feel so drained of life and pointless to breathe speak, and move.Anyone have any advice?thank you.

I really didn't have much luck with those medicines either. I get like that too. You feel like your over the hump and then it starts back up. Sometimes I feel invisible. Maybe if you try to go for a walk that might help. Hope you feel better |

same problem as you. been on all of them, some even made me gain an incredible amount of weight. zoloft to me is the best but i still have my days. there doesnt seem a day in which i think this will ever get better and i will ever be happy. it gets lonely for me. sometimes visiting family helps but not too long and then i am sad again. |

My doctor was talking about me taking zoloft too. But I've also gained alot of weight when you try different meds. I was alittle concerned. I joined the little gym. That seems to be helping right now |

I was prescribed Paxil, but never got the prescription filled for that simple reason....I was afraid of what it would do to me. I now take a regemine (sp?) of B-100 Complex, and St. John's Wort w/ griffonia seed...SJW plain works just as well, I take it w/ griffonia seed for energy. I have seen such a huge difference in how I feel, and it's natural!!! Also, regular exercise helps amazingly too, just get out in the natural light, and walk for 20 minutes, its amazing how much it helps! |
