Endless anxiety and depression...HELP
Hi everybody, about 7 months ago I suffered thru a great depression meltdown.I have a one year old daughter and a loving husband.I was diagnosed with Major depression and late post pardom depression.I dont feel as low as i did 7 mths ago but lately i have been feeling transparent.Im here and the world just goes around me.I have been on Selexa which was no good for me.Now im taking lexapro and I feel great for a few days and then i hit rock bottom all over again.Has anyone else experienced this?I feel so drained of life and pointless to breathe speak, and move.Anyone have any advice?thank you.

I really didn't have much luck with those medicines either. I get like that too. You feel like your over the hump and then it starts back up. Sometimes I feel invisible. Maybe if you try to go for a walk that might help. Hope you feel better

same problem as you. been on all of them, some even made me gain an incredible amount of weight. zoloft to me is the best but i still have my days. there doesnt seem a day in which i think this will ever get better and i will ever be happy. it gets lonely for me. sometimes visiting family helps but not too long and then i am sad again.

My doctor was talking about me taking zoloft too. But I've also gained alot of weight when you try different meds. I was alittle concerned. I joined the little gym. That seems to be helping right now

I was prescribed Paxil, but never got the prescription filled for that simple reason....I was afraid of what it would do to me. I now take a regemine (sp?) of B-100 Complex, and St. John's Wort w/ griffonia seed...SJW plain works just as well, I take it w/ griffonia seed for energy. I have seen such a huge difference in how I feel, and it's natural!!! Also, regular exercise helps amazingly too, just get out in the natural light, and walk for 20 minutes, its amazing how much it helps!
