Food poisoning while pregnant?
Has anyone had food poisoning while pregnant? I just got over 2 days of mild fever, body aches and vomiting (and one bout of diarrhea). Should I be concerned and go see the doctor? Am I just being paranoid?

I wouldn't immediately leap to food poisoning. I had the stomach flu when I was pregnant, although I don't normally get it. However, I did call my doctor about the vomiting, and while they weren't overly concerned (they had 4 other women call the same week), they did want to know if I hadn't improved by the next day. I think there is a concern about dehydration. I would call the doctor and see what they have to say. My doctor's philosophy tended more towards better safe than sorry.

I had a HORRIBLE two day vomiting illness while pregant (I think around the 3-4th month) to the point of hours of dry heaving. I did see the doctor just in case, and he didn't seem too concerned, but did prescribe an approved for pregnancy anti-nausea drug, which knocked me out for an entire day. If you're past everything and feel fine, and can eat and drink, I would think it would be ok. Maybe just call your doctor to make sure they don't want to see you (I know Listeria can be problematic for pregnancies), but if you made it through without going to see the doctor, and you're not spotting or bleeding or anything to specifically do with the pregnancy, I would think at this point you're alright.
