Easy Oven Fried Chicken (too good not to share)
Tried this the other night and It came out AWSOME!

Rinse off chicken (we use chicken legs) in sink, pat dry

Put some mayo (we use low fat) in a bowl

Put some italian style breadcrumbs in a freezer bag

Smear mayo on each piece of chicken, then put it in the bag of breadcrumbs

Line a pan with tin foil and spray with non stick cooking spray and bake for one hour at 400 degrees.

Made it was great. Used boneless chicken breast and cut the cooking time in half. Nice and Moist, Thanks so much will use again. Lori :)

I do this except I use corn flakes.
I will have to try the italian style breadcrumbs though that sounds great.
