I don't live near you but have you tried looking into some playgroups within your area? If you search you can find some good ones and will almost always have a play date available. Plus you get to know the other moms and feel comfortable with at home play dates or babysitting co-ops. Good luck with your hunt for fun.

I found my group by going to google and typing in play groups and the town you live in. I found a quick site you could take a look at and see if it is something good foryou or not. Good luck with your hunt.
