With the time change comig up here shortly what do i do about my baby's schedule. Do i adjust her to the time change accordingly, ex. bed time is usually between 830 and 900, do i put her to bed between 730 and 800 or do i keep her up an extra hour to make up for the time difference. Will this throw off her schedule completely?? We're are settled into a nice little routine and I am worried about messing up her schedule. |

Amanda I was so worried about this last year ... my girls were the same age at their first time change
we kept their TIME the same ... so go with the change and baby will ajust ... I had no issue when it came to my girls with any of the time changes they went through
just keep her day the same as you would ... it will just be an extra hour longer and she may feel that but in the end you will be glad you did it
GOOD LUCK Colleen |

Last time I just kept things the same. So, his bed time is 7:30, so at 7:30 I put him to bed, no 8:30, or 6:30, just plain ol 7:30. At first it was a struggle, but after about a few days, he got used to it and no problem. |
