Gifted, now what

My four year old, Dino, has been tested after the preschool teacher brought it up. His IQ is 132 so yes he falls into the gifted group. So now what do I do? People say I'm lucky but it just seems harder. I sad how he's gifted in my bio, and yes it's a struggle. How can I nurture this?
