Infant Massage is an age-old tradition that has been passed down from mother to daughter since the beginning of time. Infant Massage offers many benefits to both your baby and you! My colleague and I are looking to host Infant Massage classes for caregivers of children 3-9 months. We are both in the final step of becoming certified educators of infant massage (CEIM) through Infant Massage, USA. The class will involve teaching the steps of infant massage, the benefits, and offer support and education to new mothers. It would be at the same time every week for 5 weeks and the only thing we need are evaluations at the end of our sessions in order to complete our certifications. Infant Massage offered benefits for both the infant and the caregiver. Relaxation, bonding, relief, and stimulation are just a few of the benefits that will be discovered!
